There are several ways to get in touch with cemetery staff.

  1. Where can I find information about someone buried there ?

Simply call or bring in any information you may have.  Generally, it is best if you have the full name, year that the person was buried, and any lot information you may have.  Because of the nature and amount of records it may take to research, we recommend you call or email your information.  Your inquiries will usually be returned within five business days.

  1. Why doesn't the cemetery have their records online?

Because this cemetery was started in the early to mid-1800's there are hundreds and hundreds of records that must be referenced, recorded, cross-checked and entered into a database before they can be accessed online.  We ARE currently working on that project, but it will be a long process (maybe years) before it is complete.

  1. Who are the caretakers / maintenance person ?

Joe & Lisa Marshall are considered the Sextons (caretakers) of the cemetery.  They, in turn, can pass any maintenance concerns to the maintenance contractor.

  1. What are the hours of the cemetery?

Generally, the hours the gates are open are 7:30am to 7:30pm.  Occasionally, for special and specific reasons, the cemetery may open earlier, or stay open later. 

All persons MUST be out of the cemetery by sundown with NO EXCEPTIONS.  This is strictly enforced.

  1. When is the cemetery open / closed for the season ?

Generally, the cemetery is open for the season by Mother's Day and closed for the winter depending upon first snow and accessibility.
